Founded by Russian, Andrey Kiselev who was born in Moscow in March 1977. He is now based in Portugal but travelling around the globe on research.
The WWb Foundation states that:

As a non profitable organization, it recognizes that its goals can’t be achieved unilaterally. That is why the foundation places a strong emphasis on working in partnership with government agencies and private organizations, positioning itself as a catalyst - meaning it provides the tools, the programs, and the funding to help others overthrow the frontiers of knowledge and to provide fundamental progress in social, environmental, cultural, artistic and sportive areas.’
It offers some ideas about boundaries, arts, travel and how we might change the 'mindset' of people across the globe away from territorialism
